There is one place, but it's the E4. Besides the Elite four, it's probably Victory Road. Or, Desert Under pass and Artisan Cave. These three places have levels 30-45 pokemon. Believe it or not, those are the best places to train in. Rate this answer.

Try Sky Pillar, too! Rebattle gym leaders over & over, and other trainers. Trade records with a friend with high level pokes-then battle him daily for lotsa points at his secret base(after E4!)!!!
