1. Moon- I think you can use theif on Lunatones and you'll get some.
sun- I think you can use theif on Solrock and you'll get some.
leaf- green shards- found underwater and sometimes attatched to wild underwater pokemon.
water- blue shards- found underwater and sometimes attatched to wild underwater pokemon.
fire- red shards- found underwater and sometimes attatched to wild underwater pokemon.
thunder- yellow shards- found underwater and sometimes attatched to wild underwater pokemon.
2. They pretty much depend on how they freely battle and what pokeblocks they like/ dislike.
1) You can only get one moon stone (lunatones are only in sapphire). You can find sun stones on solrocks. I think you can find only one leaf, fire, water and thunder stone but you can get the shards to trade with that guy.
You can find 2 of each shard (one is hidden the other is in an item ball). You can also find shards on pokemon. Relicanth holds green shards, clamperl holds blue shards, corsola holds red shards and chinchou holds yellow shards.
You can catch all these Pokemon in this game.
2) I'm not sure but I know it means something.
Nature will change how they gain stats mostly(Examples-Adamant will make attack stats easier to raise and sp attack stats harder than on the average Pokemon, Serious will raise them the way the poke was designed to be, no harder or easier to raise a particular stat unless it's part of their stat structure to begin with-like if they're a faster-type Pokemon, speed will always go up alot, but more or less with different natures), but yeah what pokeblock(flavor really) they like/hate and how they'll battle without you telling them moves(like in Battle Palace or Verdanturf BattleTent). The list is kinda long for me to do now, but will try to post how each nature effects in near future, probably in Hints section!! It should be out there already somewhere on this site!-check some Pokemon walkthrough sections, there might be one already there.
Also, it will effect whether or not a poke will breed with another sometimes-you may need to find more compatable natures!
