Deoxys is the absolute newest Pokemon ever (besides Diamond and Pearl pokemon) and is number 202 in the Hoenn Dex (number 386 in National Dex). Deoxys can only be obtained by two ways:
1. You can go to a nintendo event, get a mystic ticket (I think), go to Birth Island, solve the triangle puzzle and fight him, or
2. You can simply cheat. Rate this answer.

Deoxys is the fastest Pokemon in the game. You can only get it from a nintendo event or using an ar or a gameshark. And it's not a guy or a girl. I think the only legendaries that have a gender are Latios and Latias

You need the Aurora Ticket to get Deoxys. To get the Aurora Ticket you need to go to a Nintendo Event. These dates of Nintendo Events were all listed by DemonXXXX.

In fact, I even think there is one today in San Jose, California. You will need tickets for the Nintendo Event. Good luck getting those tickets!!

Deoxys is an uber Pokemon, made to TRY to counter mewtwo in stats, he is a psychic type, here are his base stats:
Normal form:
Hp: 50
Atk: 150
Def: 50
Spd: 150
SpA: 150
SpD: 50
Found in: Ruby/Sapphire
Comments: This is the most normal form, even though it's def is sill utterly higher than it's attack, here are his movesets:
