Question for Pokemon Emerald
I have a few here
1.In Sootopolis city there is an old man in a house and there are three trees blocking a staircase (these trees can't be cut down).
2.I'm hearing about tickets like the mystic ticket and the auroura ticket, how do I get them?
3. How do I get Latias or Latios? Because every time I beat the Elite 4 First thing I do is watch the T.V. Downstairs. Mom never asks me anything! I tried everything I need these answers ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

1. Don't worry about that. There is nothin' there.
2. Nintendo events or cheat devices.
3. Randomly after you get to the Battle Frontier and your mom asks you which color.

1. If you are asking if you can get past those trees, you can't. I think if you use this special card that you slide through a scanner-like thing (I think it's called an e-reader) you battle someone there. Oh ya, and I think you mean Mossdeep City.
2. You have to either go to a Nintendo Event (you can find out when and where the next one is going to be held be going to pokemon.com), or you can cheat by using an AR or GS.
3. You only need to beat the E4 one time, and that's the first time. Once you answer what color the Lati is, that's that. You have to go out into the wid and look carefully for the Lati you selected.
I can tell you this, the Lati runs away if you don't use mean look or has an ability that prevents escape, like shadow tag.

Ok, here's a correction based on another answer above:
E-readerworks just fine on GBAsp-I have one and it works fine for all it's uses-it will tell you that at Nintendo/on the package if you don't believe me!
The problem is JAPAN is the only place where you can get the cards and they only work in the Jap game!!! No matter what system you use! And they have no intention of giving them to us or they would've in FR/LG, last time was for R/S and TCG cards that are from the same time period(2003)and that's all for Pokemon and e-reader for now. Unless you live in Japan, of course, or have access to & understand the Japanese stuff!
BTW-Have you spoken to Mom? Was your dad there then gone yet to give you SS ticket? If not, somethings really wrong!!
