I would like peoples opinion of what my levels were on a certain stage. I didn't trade any of them. Just hard down training. If anyone thinks it's good of if I have room for improvement plese tell me!
This was my team at petalberg gym (just after anyway):
Vibra Lv37
Moves: Dragonbreath, Crunch, Flamethrower, Rock tomb
Manectric Lv35
Moves: Thunderbolt, Thunder wave, Facade, Secret power
Blaziken Lv38
Moves: Double kick, Blaze kick, Bulk up, Quick attack
And in case any one is wondering why none of them have any Hm moves, I use a zigzagoon to fill in. I like to be able to delete my main party's moves at will.

Vibrava is good. Good move set to.
Menectric is a good level but delete thunder wave for a better move like spark.
Blaziken is good besides bulk up. When it reaches level 57 or so teach it sky uppercut instead of bulk up. AND GET 3 MORE POKEMON.
Well, I would originally say: TRAIN YOUR POKEMON!!! But, seen as how you are only just after the Petalburg Gym, I'd have to say that your team isn't bad.
Raise their levels until they are between levels 40 and 50- no higher though, because don't have the 6th badge yet, and without it your Pokemon won't be able to obey you.
Anyway, Vibrava's attack's aren't bad. Although, I really would replace rock tomb with fly when you get it, but since you don't use HM's on your main team, you don't need to.
Manetric's attacks, also, aren't half bad. I would of taught it shock wave instead of facade or thunder wave. And for your Blaziken, there is one move I can say to get rid of right away:
BULK UP. That move sucks, so replace it with overheat.
(p.s. If you do so, use overheat ONCE in battle, or only on "special occasions, like on water pokemon. They don't faint with any fire attack, but overheat is super powerful attack that normally do make them faint...)
Those are the suggestion's I would suggest.
Yes your team was good but you should of had a mightyana on lvl35.
There's nothing wrong with trading so your Pokemon grows faster!
(150% faster btw-or can hold a Lucky Egg for same result if you cannot trade).
As long as you're getting enough stat increases at level up (like maybe a 4,a few 3's, & less 2's & 1's) which comes from battling more evolved forms of Pokemon then basic ones and trainer's Pokemon.
All it'll do is save you some time!
You could've beat Petalburg w/Blaziken's Double Kick for the most part(all weak to fighting)and your level is above what it needs to be at this point in the game.
Go buy a TM for Flamethrower to replace blaze kick, unless you have anoher strong fire attack planned for him, bulk up is up to you(not for me), and quick attack is weak.
Slash would be better, and Sky Uppercut at lv 59 to replace Double Kick. Vibra looks ok, but get it to Lv 45 so it can evolve!! Manectric's TW is only good for paralyzing(mostly for catching)but little else, and secret power I don't know what it does for him since it varies.
Why don't you have more pokemon? Even with Zigzagoon in party(always a good idea to keep him there since he picks up stuff besisides HM's!!)that's only 4!
Maybe saving the spots for the legendaries? You still have to beat the E4 first!(except Rayquaza)
This is just one chick's opinion, so do what you like, it's on you! Good so far though!
P.S. Winona(6th gym) is tougher than in R/S if you played those, so be ready! Good luck!
You know what, I like your idea about filling those good-for-nothing moves to a zigzagoon.
Your blaziken needs some more fire-type moves like flamethrower and fire blast OR blaze punch.
Get rid of that thunder wave from manectric and give it any of hidden power or thunder. (I'll prefer thunder).
And it's a good idea to have some room, looking at your main pokemon's level. You'll feel it's power once it reach level above 52.
