Question for Pokemon Emerald

Yeah I know I ask a lot of questions, but I don't know a lot about video game cheats and answers.

First, lets get this straight: I don't have Gameshark or AR ( I don't know where to get them) and only 1 person who I barely see has a Pokemon game so I have no one to trade with for weeks.

Now here is the question:

I'm trying to go through the elite four a 4th time and I only have 1 ether, 1 elixir and 2 max elixirs.

Where can I get more?

Simple solution my dear! Get yourself a big batch of Leppa berries growing and they will replace 10 pp's per berry!!

I'd go by the berry master's garden and grow like mad. To get best yield water like 10 times at each stage: after planting, sprouting, getting taller, blooming-if you keep checking(every 2-4 hours maybe) and do it right you'll get the most.

If you don't have any Leppa berries, you better go collecting every day at the 6 spots you can get them free!

You can get an AR for $20 at any place that has lots of games-Walmart, GameStop, etc.
