1.When you beat the Elite Four, you get the National Pokedex, which records Nationwide Pokemon, which are the National Pokemon you are asking about.

2. Nope, not without using an AR or GS. The trendy saying in Dewford has to be Outrage Ally, and then Feebas will be more common. Feebas can be found only on 6 out of 600 water tiles in rte. 119. He can always be found, it's just that he's rare.

3. After you accomplish a certain amount of tasks in a place, you'll battle the person who runs the place, the Frontier Brains. If you win, you get a silver symbol. Accomplish the same amount of tasks in that place, you'll battle the Frontier Brain, but this time they have different Pokemon, and this time if you win, you get a gold symbol.

1)Some of the national Pokemon are in safari zone:Aipom,Hoothoot,Houndour,Ledyba,Miltank,Pineco,Shuckle,Sunkern,
Teddiursa,Gligar,Mareep,Octillery,Quagsire,Remoraid,Snubbul,Spinerak,Stantler,

Sunkern, and Wooper. Go to Battle Frontier to catch Sudowoodo an Smeargle.

2)Just cast your super rod on every space along Route 119. Where it is depends on your trendy saying in Dewford.

3)To get symbols you have to beat the Frontier Brains:
Battle Tower Anabel for Ability symbol:Silver:5 wins;Gold:10 wins
Battle Dome Tucker for Tactics symbol:Silver 5 wins;Gold:10 wins
Battle Palace Spenser for Spirits symbol:Silver:3 wins;Gold:6 wins
Battle Arena Greta for Guts symbol:Silver:4 wins;Gold 8 wins
Battle Factory Noland for Knowledge symbol:Silver:3 wins;Gold:6 wins
Battle Pike Lucy for Luck symbol:Silver:2 wins;Gold:10 wins
Battle Pyramid Brandon for Brave symbol:Silver:3 wins;Gold:10 wins
That took a long time. Hope I helped!!!

P.S. Sun devils ROCK!!!!!!

OMG-Here we go again! Sorry hon, but it doesn't matter WHAT the saying is to catch the dumb Feebases!

Changing the saying will merely change the location from one to another of the 6 spots he can be found in-it WILL NOT increase/decrease his rarity!! It's more than 6 tiles total, too, but maybe less depending on the spot.

I've answered/corrected/argued over this a million times and won't anymore until I get the time to write it all up nice and neat in a hint and refer all to it!

Just keep trying on Rt. 119 where you can fish from the land-not from the water.

Use the super rod. Nuf said! He's not that hard, I found one long before I knew the secret of how he moves and where he goes.

It's the price you pay to have a beautiful Milotic!

Please stop spreading false info guys!!!
