I put Ho-oh out of my team now.
I got Groudon because it is better than Ho-oh.
Someone will tell me if my Groudon is good or bad:
He is level 78 and Rash nature
His moves are these:
Sacred Fire (cheating)
Eruption
Fissure
Solarbeam
Is he good?

It's not bad, but although fissure is a one hit KO, it has extremely low accuracy. Get rid of it and teach it flamethrower. Then, it'll be a very useful "fire" pokemon.
You should show the stats too because thats what really matters and also put what item it's holding, if any.
That is one great pokemon! I wish I had a pokemon as good as that...
FOR CHEATERS:
Solarbeam - Fine
Fissure - replace with Earthquake OR replace another move with Mind Reader
Eruption - Blast Burn is better (it won't get weak as you lose HP)
Sacred Fire - not neccessary if you have another fire move. Try Recover.
FOR NON-CHEATERS
Solarbeam - Fine
Fissure - replace with Earthquake
Eruption - replace with Fire Blast
Sacred Fire - Replace with Brick Break (for those nasty Ice/Water Types)
Sorry, I don't know what Sacred Fire does(?) but oher then that I believe that most would say to axe Fissure since though it makes foe faint, it only works on pokes with levels lower than you, and 30% accurracy unless the foe is really weak(then your accuracy goes up) but then you don't need it!
Eruption & Solarbeam seem perfect. So perhaps Earthquake would make a better ground move-100 base(150 w/STAB)100% acc, and 10pp. Even Rest would be better, but there's alot of moves out there.
Go get a heart scale and see the move tutor to get either back.
That's just my opinion, but it seems logical to me...
Rash just means higher sp attack/lower sp defense than average.
