No there isn't and you don't get it in magmas hideout you get it in aquas hideout.

Go to lilycove department store and get a lottory ticket. It'll take a while but you can get a master ball if all of the #s match.

Yup, but it's harder. You have to get all 5 numbers matched from one of your pokemon's ID to the number from the ticket you picked in the Lilycove Dept. Store, in the Lottery ticket corner. Rate this answer.
