You should try liteblue pokeblocks- it's a lot more effective. Also, the pokeblocks should have high levels, and low feel. Those pokeblocks are the best and most effective. And, just because it won't eat anymore doesn't mean it has max beauty.

If it did, the Chairman would've gave you a blue scarf, unless you got it already because I raised my Feebas' beauty to the max and got a blue scarf, but when I raised my Latios' beauty to the max, he said that it wasn't good, but it wasn't bad either.

I don't know if you are only allowed to have one blue scarf or what. You should try saving all your Chesto Berries, and wait until the Poke block master is in Lilycove. Keep planting them and you'll get more and more.

Then, blend with the blend master and you will get level 53, 54, 55, etc. Pokeblocks. All of them are gold pokeblocks, but if you used chesto berries they will still increase the beauty stat. Also, if you have another Feebas, good.

Because once you raise it's condition to the max (level 10/ 10 stars), there is no going back. Anyway, if you have another Feebas, start giving that one the gold pokeblocks.

If not, catch a ditto and breed the Feebas and Ditto and hatch the egg and give the pokeblocks to that Feebas. Good luck with getting a Milotic! Rate this answer.

The Poke Blocks don't make your monsters evolve faster. Just raise it to the level it requiers to evolve.

In order to get the Blue Scarf, beauty must be the highest stat on your monster by a chunk. I hate that after one stat is maxed the others can't be raised. There is nothing more you can do.
