Hey i've been playing emerald for a wile and I was wondering if you guys know how I can get the slide and the tv decorations for the secret base.

Well, you must see a brodcast on a tv talking about a clearence sale at the Lilycove Department Store. When the day comes head to the store and go to the roof to find a clerk. That is where you get most of the Secret Base items in the game.
