Question for Pokemon Emerald
Whusap everyone it's the rooster speaking
My claydoll has won every contest and for some reason on the tough master rank my claydol won and no artist came up but for every other master contest he did.
Please answer ASAP.

He did not come for my milotic too so I think he only does every now and then

At the end when they tally the marks it has to have at least 5 hearts. He should appear when you win a master rank contest like that. Please rate this a 7, 8, 9 or 10

To get the artist you have to have won by a landslide.(meaning you have to be WAY ahead of the other pokemon) Try again until you beat them by a landslide and it'll get in eventually.

I don't know what went wrong. Maybe it's a glitch. Maybe you already won the tough master rank contest. I can't tell what's going on. But, maybe it's one of these two possibilities. Please rate this answer.

You have to get alot of hearts at the end.(either, 5, 15 or 10)
