Your question was hard to read. I'd give your team a 3/10, it's horrible. Mewtwo is probablly the only good one there. Before you ask to get your team rated, you should get them all to level 100 because they suck as is.

It's preety good but get rid of swamperts shell bell and give it leftovers apart from that it's extremely good
