1) Is there a way to get more then one moon stone without using Ar codes and stuff

Yes, there is. Wild Lunatone have them. You best sot at obtaining one is to catch a Nincada and put him at the front of your party because it's ability makes it easier to obtain items off wild Pokemon.

The only way is making a Pokemon on a different game hold it and trade it over.

Yes. Lunatones sometimes are holding them so you could use thief or something on them. But you can only get them in sapphire.

Yes, some Lunatone have it when you catch them, you'll need to catch several because finding one is very rare.

Yes thers a way just catch as many as you can a Lunatone it's has a held item called Moon Stone ok.

Yes you can. All you have to do is have a Pokemon that knows the move Theif. Two Pokemon that I know who learn it are Poochyena and Mightyena. Poochyena learnes Theif at level 45. Mightyena will learn it at level 52. I have been using theif on solrock to get sun stones. But I haven't had any luck trying to get moon stones. You get moon stones from wild Pokemon, but it is hard. I tried to use it on wild Jigglypuff. But I haven't had any luck.

Yes some Pokemon like clefairy are holding them when caught and check rocks in caves with itemfinder
