On Route 116, the cave will either be on the tab of land by the Rusturf Tunnel entrance, or in the area accessible via the Rusturf Tunnel on the cliffs.

The Battle Frontier you get to when you board the SS Tidal; when you come on, Scott will meet you and introduce you to the Frontier. The next time you board the SS Tidal, you will have the option of going to the Battle Frontier.

Pokmon in Hoenn that do not appear in the Hoenn Pokdex will be in the Safari Zone expansion (Gligar, Wooper, Quagsire, Remoraid, Octillery, Sunkern, Snubbull, Mareep, Aipom, Miltank, Pineco, Shuckle, Stantler, Houndour, Hoothoot, Ledyba, Spinarak), the Desert Underpass from the Fossil Maniac's house (Ditto), the Battle Frontier (Sudowoodo), or the Battle Frontier's Artisan Cave (Smeargle).

There should be a cave you enter in on route 116.You catch national Pokemon in the safari zone.

ak-47s rock answered:

Go to lilycove or slateport and then to the dock thingy and talk to the woman.
If you don't do it fast enough I think the entrance closes.
You find them in the Safari zone. Btw it's not national just johto, you have to trade if you want to complete the dex ..or cheat.

Hi I will help you out bro,
Well firstly go to slateprt and go to the place at the top right and there will be a thing there sorry I forgot.and you talk to the girl and you will be taken to the battle frontier.

Well the drought is somewhere ion that route unless you go to the weather institute again and keep tryiong until you find it.

The national pokedex Pokemon are in the new place of the safari zone.
Hope I helped!!
