Cross Stinger answered:

Regirock is in the Desert; go in the antechamber, read the inscription, walk two paces left, walk two paces down, and then use Rock Smash to open his chamber. Regice is in the Island Cave just off Route 105 (go across the sandbars); go in the chamber, read the inscription, and run a lap along the perimeter of the antechamber to open the next chamber. Registeel is on Route 120's Ancient Tomb; use Flash in the centre of the antechamber.

Sea Incense is in the Mount Pyre catacombs; go to the top level and fall through the holes until you get to it (on the third floor partition).

Seviper is available on Route 114, and Lunatone must be transferred from Sapphire.

pokemon_master4 answered:

You can find regiice by surfing until you find a cave(start surfing were mr.briney took you on his boat)
You can find sea incense in mt.ptyre
Yes you can catch seviper in the grass area near meteor falls and sorry you cannot find lunatone

Leiger40 answered:

Sorry, but I cannot help you with the Regis. I haven't done that part yet myself.

I've forgotten what your second question was.

Yes! Seviper can be found left of Fallabor Town (left 114). Lunatone can be found in Meteor Falls (Entrance at both route 114 and 115).

Hope I helped! : )

Naughty Ottselot answered:

You don't get the regis.you can't catch either of them and sea incense you get from the trick house.

Shaggy, Ninja Master answered:

1.a.Regice- Route 105
b.Regirock- Southern Desert
c.Registeel- Route 120, past a Ninja desguised as a Wall.

The three regis are found in those huge roch with little rocks around it.

pokemaster796 answered:

Hi, well first of all, the first regi is in the desert, the second is go to lilycove and keep going left until you find a pair of stairs go up and there is 1 there, the last is go to dewford and surf all the way left then surf up and you will find a opening of trees go in and up and there is the last 1.
Well sea incense I think is in the mt pyre all the way at the top and follow the holes
