Question for Pokemon Emerald

1.on emerald is says you can find tm28(dig) on route 114 I have looked all over and can not find it can some tell me where

2. What level does walimer eveole
3. I have one of the fossils who do I take it to and is there a way to get the other one.

Here are the answers to your 3 questions. 1. To get TM28(Dig) you have to go in the Fossil Maniac's House. Talk to the boy in the house or talk to the Fossil Maniac in the back of the house. There is a hole in the wall to reach him.

2. Wailmer evolves at level 40 into Wailord.

3. Now that you have a fossil take it to Rustboro City. Go inside the Devon Corporation Building. You are inside now on the first floor. Go upstairs and talk to one of the scientists. He is looking for fossils. He will ask you for the fossil. It will take time for him to revive the Pokemon from the fossil.

All you have to do is run into a Pokemon battle(wild pokemon). Run away from it. Go back to get Pokemon that came from the fossil. You now have the first fossil pokemon. To get the other fossil, beat the Elite Four and go back to the Fossil Maniac's house. Go to the back where the Fossil Maniac was. He will say something.

There is now an opening in the wall. Go inside. You can catch only three Pokemon inside: Ditto, Whismur, and Loudred. Go all the way to the end of the cave and you will see the fossil that you didn't pick. Use an escape rope to get out or get out by having to run into wild pokemon. Take the fossil to the same place.

1) um try looking in people houses in route 114 and talking to people.
2)level 40
3)take it to the devon corp and you go to the fossil manic house in route 114 go in the cave go all the way to the right you should see it and you can get dittos in the cave.

Fossil Maniac's house; level 40; defeat the Pok�mon League and go to the Desert Underpass from the Fossil Maniac's house.

You get dig by talking to the dude in the fossil maniacs house infront of his tunel
Wailmer evolves at level 40
You take it to one of the researchers on the second floor of devon and once you beat the elite 4 a new cave will apear at the end of the fossil maniacs house at the end you can find the fossil you didn't pick is there
