Question for Pokemon Emerald

Firstly, thanks to all of you who answered my question! It helped so much. I have decided that I am going to buy Emerald instead. But .... Yes, I have another question. Or... QuestionS

1) I was looking on eBay (I live there, okay? :-D) at the different games and their prices. I noticed that some of the games in the pictures had different backrounds. This link has the forest green backround that I am used to seeing on this game. That little snakey Pokemon is a slightly different hue of green and there is yellow in the backround

That snakey Poke' is a very BrIgHt GrEeN, unlike the other photos. *If you type in "Pokemon Emerald" and go down the list you'll also notice that almost all of the photos are different hues or grains, etc.

So, here's my question (yes, there was a point to all that ;-D)
Are these all the same game - in English, etc.? All of the descriptions claim that they are, but with the different pictures I wasn't sure. Which one is THE Pokemon Emerald?

Should I be hesitant about buying a game with a different looking picture, even if the seller has a high feedback? Or are the camera's just different? I really don't want to take a chance. If all you eBayers out there could help me out with that, I'd be grateful. 2) Also - one more question. What exactly is Pokemon Diamond and Jade?

What is it, and when did it come out? It isn't better than Emerald, right?

3) Also, after Emerald, are there going to be anymore Poke' games, or is Nintendo done (I suppose no one knows this)
