Pokemon Level Moves
Rayquaza: 83 Fly, Hyper beam, Dragon Claw, (i know it's stupid)Waterfall
Swampert: 59 Take down, Surf, Blizzard, Earthquake
Venusaur: 59 Sunny Day, Solarbeam, Synthesis, Frenzy Plant
Groudon: 76 Solarbeam, Earthquake, Fissure, Eruption
Kyogre: 76 Thunder, Water Spout*, Sheer Cold, Blizzard
Mewtwo: 100 Psychic, Thunder, Blizzard, Fire blast
Camerupt: 56 Strength, Fissure, Earthquake, Eruption
(*Note: Water spout is NOT Water Sport, don't be mistaken)

The only two HMs you need to have on your team all the time are surf, and fly.
-Rayquaza: Dragon Dance, Fly, Earthquake, Rockslide.
Strategy: Use his godly attack power and speed to dragon dance a few times, and then kill everything in site.
-Swampert: Curse, Earthquake, Surf, Rockslide
Strategy: Use curse a few times increasing your attack and defense(his speed is so low anyways), then earthquake and rockslide everything and surf anything which those two won't hit.
-Venusaur: LeechSeed, Sludgebomb, Sleep Powder, Synthesis.
Strategy: put them to sleep, seed them, and then attack. Synthesis if your health goes low.
-Groudon- NEVER, I repeat NEVER, and I repeat again: NEVER use one hit KO attacks. They are unreliable with their extremely low accuracy. Also, don't give groudon solarbeam. It may not need charging, but with groudon's miniscule special attack pwoer, it won't damage any real opponents much anyways. Eruption is bad due to the fact that it's power is reduced whenever you lose HP... Use this for groudon: Swords Dance, Earthquake, Rockslide, Aerial Ace. Swords Dance doubles your attack power(which is MUCH higher than your special attack power by the way), and earthquake kills nearly everything after that.
Kyogre: Same thing for sheercold as with fissure. Don't use it. Ice Beam and thunderbolt are better than blizzard and thunderbolt becuase of 100% accuracy, and much more PP. Use: Calm Mind, Ice Beam, Thunderbolt, Surf. Surf over waterspout becuase of more reliability.
Mewtwo: Same moveset as kyogre, except replace surf with psychic.
Don't use camerupt.
