Question for Pokemon Emerald

Hey every one I need some help again. I used the warp code to steal a nosepass from the battle factory but it didnt register in my pokedex so I bread it well when the egg hatched.

Its name is "-" and it's type is tough cute
And all it knows is thunder punch
It can't learn any thing else if anyone can help
Please tell me what it is and if it's good or bad

Your supposed to trade it back and forth when you steal it from the battle factory
