OK. I just got to the Elite Four And I already have a Rayquaza... WHY ..

You have to bet the elite four then go back to the weather instatute and talk to the guy who gave you the castform and he will say something like "heavy rain fall where ever" go to route 106 and go toward the trees and and use dive go to the end of the dive route go in the cave and there you'll find Lv.70 kyoger hope I helped i'm still tring to fing Groudon though... Any thing else?

You know the weather instute near fortree well go there and the man who give you castform will tell you about a drought on route 118 fly 2 mauville and go right to find a hole go in and get to the back go throught that door and find Groudon.

Go back to the instute and the same dude will say something about rainfall on a route surf the dive to get him.

You can only get groudon and kyogre after you beat the elite four, heres what you do. Go to the weather institute before you reach fortree city and in the upstairs of the building, a scientist will tell you something like , theres a drought somewhere near route ???

Go to that route and there will be a cave for groudon go inside and at the very end there is groudon.

Same for kyogre except he will say theres heavy amounts of rain near route ??? Go surfing by that route and use dive wherever you see a dark patch of water, you will find a cave go inside and there you have it a kyogre.

You need to check with the Scientist on the second floor of the Weather Institute; he will tell you the location of a monsoon or drought. Where the monsoon is, you can find a dive spot and reach Kyogre; where a drought is, you can find a cave to take you to Groudon.

The reason, obviously, is that you haven't caught them yet and you can only catch them once you defeat the elite four.

Then go to the weather institute and talk to the professor on the 2nd level and he'll say either a drought has been recorded on some route or heavy rainfall has been recorded on some route.

Quickly go to that route and finnd thecave opening and catch Groudon or Kyogre.

You get Groudon and Kyogre AFTER the Pokemon league. After you beat them go to the Weather Institute and talk to the man that gives you Castform. He will tell you what route to find Groudon on. Catch him and go back. He will tell you where to catch Kyogre. Catch him and you have them both! Congrats!

You have to go to the weather station. Go up stairs talk to the guy at the end who is looking at the computer. He tells you where is suuny or rainy. If he said rainy go for the route that he told you and suuny. (kyroge is under water). Catch them with timer ball. When you catched any of them go back to the weather station.

Talk to the guy that gave you castform. If he says rainfall on route sumtin sumtin go there and dive hopefully you will find him.

If you got kyogre already, talk to the man again who gave you cast form. Than you can finally catch groudon
