How do you unlock the legendary dogs because I found the altering cave. What do I do!!!!!!Help please.

The only way I know how to get the Legendary Dogs is to trade them over form LeafGreen or FireRed to Emerald.

You can't ?
To get the lengendary dogs trade from firered, leafgreen, Pokemon colloseum or have a cheating device (like gameshark).

You can't find Raikou, Entei or Suicune in the wild in Emerald; only in FireRed and LeafGreen. You'd have to trade one of the legendary dogs from one of those games. Sorry, but I don't even have the AR/GS code for them. Maybe someone else knows. Rate this answer!
