Can someone tell me what you get for beating the Battle tower/hill (i don't know what one it is)?

Beating Trainer Hill in Emerald:

You need to fight 8 floors of trainers, and then you will get to the roof where the owner is waiting for you. He gives you an item if you get a new speed record (you are timed for how long you take to get to the top), the owner of the building will give you a prize in the form of an item.

I cannot remember what the item is, but I'm fairly sure it's something like a Max Revive. Something hard to get, but not too rare (i.e. Rare candy *HARD TO GET*, but not Exp. Share *RARE*).

Yes I can,
U get a gold shield if you beat it.and then you get to verse scott.
He has lvl 95-99
All 6 of them
