It's spelled Groudon and Kyogre, you spelled Rayquaza right.Okay go to the weather institute and talk to the scientist he should tell you there is a drought on the route he says then go to the city nearest to the route.you have to hurry though.Same thing with Kyogre.
To get keyogre and groundon you have to go to the weather station.then go upstairs to the man at the back he will tell you were keyogre is first then groudon. P.s don't take to long because they will move to somewhere different
Go to the Weather instatute and talk to the guy infront of the com. He will say there is a drought on rought 116-near the guy who lost his glasses or near the old man 114-above the waterfall or near the start of the mountain.
118-near the aroma lady or near the berrys on the left side. 115-above or next to the mach bike ramp.
Or he will ask you there is heavy rainfall on route 129-next to the girl swimmer or behind the boy swimmer.
127-behind the area with trainers or behind thearea with trees. 125-right of the 2 female trainers or next to the area with the big pearl.
105-infront of regice cave or next to the hiker.
Well to get the 2 legendary Pokemon you have to go to the weather institute(after the Pokemon league)and they will say heavy rainfall or drought in a certain area thats were they are...
Kyogre and groudon you have to go in a cave to find them.
Hope I helped!!!
After you defeat the Pokmon League, go to the scientist on the second level of the Weather Institute; he will tell you a location and whether a drought or monsoon is active there. Kyogre's dive hole will be on Route 127, 129, 105, or 125, and Groudon's domain will be on Route 116, 114, 115, or 118.
Once you beat the elite 4 go to the weather institute and talk to the professor guy. He'll tell you where to go for either of them.
You talk to a guy in the weather institute and he tells you there is in an area that is suffering a drought or heavy rain fall you can find groudon in terra cave it can be found in route 114-116 and 118.
It is aways on the face of a mountain.kyogre can be found in the marine cave the cave can be found in routes 105, 125 and route 127 the routes are in the rain and a dark patch of water is where the cave is you need to use dive and surf to get to the marine cave.they are both at level 70.
Good luck
First you have to beat the Pokemon league (Note: you can catch Rayquaza before the Pokemon league, after Rayquaza has stopped Kyogre and Groudon's battle. Go back to Sky Pillar and catch him.
Master ball recommended.) When you have become the champion, go to the Weather Institute(the place where you get Castform) and talk to the man on the second floor.
He will say there has been Droughts on a certain route. Go to the route that he says where the Droughts are and find an entrance to Terra Cave, Groudon's location. Go through the cave and get to Groudon.
He is level 70 and easier to catch than Rayquaza. For Kyogre, go back to the Weather Institute and talk to the man again. He will say there have been reports of heavy rainfall on a certain route.
Go to the route where he says there is rainfall and find an entrance to Marine cave (you will probably have to dive.)
Get to Kyogre and catch him. He is level 70 and fairly difficult to catch.
