Question for Pokemon Emerald
In the new Safari Zone (after you defeat the elite 4) how do you catch Houndour? Do you need some kind of Pokeblock? If so, which one?

You don't need a Pokeblock to catch Houndour, you just have to search in the grass

Psh! To get Houndour you have to go to the Jhoto section of the Safari Zone.( up then right) And you will find Mareep, Houndour, Pineco, Spinarak, Wooper, Miltank, Teddiursa, Hoothoot, Gligar, and more!

Ok you really don't need pokebloks all you do is go to the new part of safari zone and go the patch of grass when you go up the stairs and walk on the rock hill and you go left then down and in that grass.
You go to the bottom right and stay in ... but it is rare to find so you need a lot of patience hope I helped!!!
