In sootopilace when groudon and kygore are ramming into each other what..

Go to the cave or origin and then talk go deep inside the cave where kyogre and groundon was in ruby and saphire,a person will talk to yuo and ask wheer is rayquaza and he will meet you there,so go to the sky pillar.
Then rayquaza qill run away and go back to sootpools and a short movie will show.
Then thats it basiclly,they flee and after you have defeated the Pokemon leuge talk to the weather instatute owener. . I will go on if you want me to,

Just proceed with Steven to the Cave of Origin and talk to Wallace in there. Then, go to Sky Pillar on Route 131 and alert Rayquaza.

Go to the Origin Cave then tell Wallace Rayquaza is in the Sky Pillar. Go there and get to the top. Then Rayquaza will fly away. Fly back to Sootopolis.Then a cutscene will occur. (this is the first cutscene ever in Pokemon games for gameboy/advance)Then go back to Sky Pillar and go to the top again (mach bike required this time) then throw the masterball because your Pokemon will NOT be able to survive it.

Go to the sky pillar. The sky pillar is by pocifilog town.

You have to go to the sky pillar then you have to go up to Rayquaza and he flies off.next you go back to sootpolis.

Go to the Sky Pillar on Route 131 and wake Rayquaza. He'll take care of the situation...

Go left and talk to Steven. He will take you to Cave of Origin. Talk to Wallace in there and say that Rayquaza has gone to "Sky Pillar" (not sure what to do if you have already told him something different, sorry....). Get to Pacifidlog Town (see another question's answer by me [below] to find out how to do this. Go up to Sky Pillar, walk up to Rayquaza. He will fly away. Fly straight to Sootipoolis (you are on the roof of a building, and therefore can fly straight from where you are). You will see another movie sequence of Rayquaza coming down from the clouds and stopping Groudon and Kyogre from fighting.

Talk to stevin he is in the west side he will take you to the cave of origin.inside wallace says where do you find Rayquaza.you say sky pillar.then go to sky pillar and awaken Rayquaza. [sky pillar is in route 131]

Go to Pacifidlog town and SURF right until you find an open space where the Sky Pillar is you go in the Sky Pillar and Wallace will be there. You will need a Mach Bike to ride past the cracks until the top Rayquaza. You wake him up than he'll stop Groudon and Kyorge than you can go back to the Sky Pillar and Capture Rayquaza.

To stop Kyogre and Groudon fighting, you need to awaken Rayquaza. Rayquaza is in Sky Pillar which is near route 130. Make sure you bring a mach bike so that you can get past the cracks in the floor of Sky Pillar. Once you get to the top you will find Rayquaza. He will wake up and fly away so don't worry about battling him the first time. After this go back to Sootopolis and you will see him break up the fight between the two legendaries then he will fly back to sky pillar.

Go 2 the sky piller and get raquazza then hilll stop it don't catch him when there done fighting go back get up 2 raquazza and save it then keep trying 2 cach him
