If you can get a celebi in the game (even if you have to go to a nintendo event) please tell me and if you have to get a ticket from nintendo event to get celebi tell me the name of the ticket please!

Sorry, but with the exception of using an encounter cheat(My preloaded one for FR/LG for Celebi worked fine, actually, and many others didn't)there is NO WAY. No ticket, no island, nothing unless you cheat. If you have FireRed or LeafGreen, an AR, and would like the codes I mentioned, you can e-mail me at [email protected] and I'll be happy to get them from my AR for you if you cannot find them elsewhere easier. Just mention Celebi in the RE line so I know what it's about, ok.
