Regice - Do one lap around the interior while sticking close to the wall.
Regirock - Go left two spaces, down two spaces, and use rock smash.
Registeel - Go to the center and use flash.
3. You get Exp. Share from the Devon President once you've delivered the package and letter.
4. You cannot get Charizard without the help of Pokemon Fire Red or Leaf Green.

Hi! I have 4 answers:
1) I think you mean the holes in the walls, right? They're to make your secret bases-if you teach a poke Secret Power and walk up to one and use it, it'll let you enter and put decorations around that you've gotten or bought, and once you beat the Elite 4, if you've traded records with someone, you can go to their secret base(if you know where it is)and battle them(you can just visit before you're the champ).This can also be done in some trees and bushes-walk up and press A and if it can be a secret base it'll say you can move stuff to go inside-use Secret Power for those, too.
2)Go all the way east almost to Slateport along the water Route with the Ocean Current(from Pacifidlog) until you see a dark spot inside some rocks-if you travel the currents right it'll put you right there. Dive and go down the trough until you see braille on a sign-it says "go up here"(do that). Inside the first chamber is the whole braille alphabet(and comma and period over at the side), so you should be able to translate it and then follow the instructions.(bring a Pokemon who knows DIG)
3)You must go to Devon Corporation in Rustboro and get a letter to deliver to Steven in Dewford. Then you'll have to return some stuff to the President of Devon to get the Exp Share. Also, if you get 3 matched numbers at the Lilycove Dept Store Lottery, you get an other one.
4) Import him from FR/LG is the only way besides cheating devices.

The indents are for your secret bases. Have a Pokemon that knows Secret Power. I f you don't have one but the TM(43) Secret Power in Slateport in the Slateport Market.(Not Pokemart.)


To get to the brail you fly to pacifidlog town. Surf to the right until you see the current. Don't go in yet. Stay at the bottom of the current. Keep on surfing until you come to a spot where you can dive. Make sure Wailord is the first Pokemon in your party and that Relicanth is the last one. Dive, then keep going down until you see the brail. It says to go up. Use Dive. You are in a cave. Go up until you see three walls that have brail. It says to use dig Use Dig. A door will open. Go through it. Go up until you see more brail. It say first comes wailord then comes relicanth. Escape from there. Then the caves are open , I think (I forgot)

Exp. Share is at the Devon Corporation. Mr Stone gives it to you after you deliver the letter to Steven. Get all the symbols (gold and silver) then visit Prof. Birch. He will give you Charmander, Squirtle, or Bulbasaur.
