Question for Pokemon Emerald

Hi I'm new here and I have 2 questions:

1. In a house in Sootopolis city there is staircace but in the way is 3 plants, how do you move them? And if you can what is there?

2. Is it possble to catch lunaton

For your second question: Yes it's posible to get a lunatone. It's in Meteor Falls. Look where you 're going down into the Rustboro Entrance

1:You move them only by an E-reader and with the right cards you can find some trainers depending on the card you use.

2:no, not in emerald only in sapphire.

1. I don't know how you move them, I think it's got something to do with the E card reader, like it did in RS.
2. No. Not in the wild. You can only catch them if you trade. Sorry.

1 You must trade from saphire
And
2 You will not go to a different room and the only way I got past was the walk through walls code and I didn't go anywhere.
