Question for Pokemon Emerald
Please help me! I am in Terra Cave and I get groudon's hp to like 1 and I use all my pokeballs(15 timers and 15 ultras) and he never is caught! Why is that?

You are going to need more than that,i went in there with 99 great balls,40 timers,and 50 ultras,and left groudon with nearly half,try holding down A,and all of the other tricks that people post.hope I helped

He's tough to catch all right! The only things that might help in your situation are to perhaps paralyze him or to put him to sleep-that MAY make him easier to catch, but not necessarily. I'd go in with more Ultra and Timer Balls, since he's going to go through quite a few(more than 15 and 15 at least!), and just keep trying-eventually you'll do it!! Hang in there!

It is very simple all you have to do is get a Pokemon that knows sleep powder and lower his hp but first you have to have 20 ultra balls

Stock up with lot kind of balls not just timers and ultras.Let him have 1hp and put him to sleep. Premierballs will work good too.I know another way:If you have a friend and he have caught Groudon just get his Groudon and place it in your party, buy lot of repeat balls and use them on Groudon and he will be caught.The trick of trading will work for every pokemon.

I suggest you try to lower his defense as much as possible. Pokemon with much higher defense ratings tend to be harder to catch. Other than that though, you can get Groudon's hp to exactly 1 through the use of False Swipe.

What I did to catch Groudon is I kept hitting it with my double kick 42 times and then I used 15 timer balls and walla you caught Groudon and I did the same with Kyoger.

And the Pokemon I used was Blazeken female lvl 75 and I hope I helped you some and your welcome
