If you see two caves then you're looking at the entrance and exit of the artisan cave.To get there have surf,the wailmer pail,and some ultra balls.Water the sudowoodo and catch it.Then surf to the entrance of the cave.Catch a smeargle while you're there.

Head to the Southeast corner of the Battle Frontier, across the water, then South until your way is blocked by a Sudowoodo. Make him move by using the Wailmer Pail on him, then prepare to battle and catch him. Once he's out of the way, you can travel down the waterfall and then surf West to the cave entrance. Inside you can catch a Smeargle to add to your collection.
