What you said to the guy in Dewford and in which spot you caught it?

You can find it under any tagline. Changing the tagline just changes the location, but two games having the same tagline does not ensure that Feebas will be in the same spot on those games except if they mixed records. You won't get any help here.

Yeah, I've caught a bunch of them, in each of Ruby, Sapphire, and Emerald! But, even if I was to lie, you'd never know, because that's NOT how you catch Feebas!!
Cross Stinger was absolutely correct in telling you so, as he is always a terrific source of the truth!
If you'd asked how to catch him, I would've told you that a different Dewford saying only changes his spot-but to where?-that's the catch! You cannot know by WHAT the saying is-all it tells you is if he has changed spots(which will occur each time the saying is changed)amongst the 6 he's been known to frequent along Route 119. If you want more details, search the past questions for one of the many times the question was asked previously...

First up, you catch feebas in any patch of water closest to fortree city. Who ever said you could catch feebas near dewford, LIED!
