Question for Pokemon Emerald

I have 3 questions.
1)How does exxegcute evolve?
2)Is there an AR code for dragon scales?
3)Is there an AR code for moon stones?

PS:I stole a charmelion from the battle factory but it wasn't recorded in my pokedex.Why?

Well you need to give a LeafStone. And if you are looking for cheats, try the cheat section of this forum, if not, try the website that corresponds with the Ar version you have. There are cheats for everything I think.
I don't know why it wasn't recorded, sorry, but you should get Charmander from trading with Leaf Green/ Fire Red. It may be a glitch.

Exeggcute evolves with the Leaf Stone. The codes for Moon Stones and Dragon Scales in your PC should have been installed with your AR module. Any Pok�mon seen in Battle Tower facilities do not get sent to your Pok�dex, even if you hack its capture.

1) It evolves by giving it the leaf stone.

It didn't show up in your pokedex cause, you cheated to get the Pokemon from the battle factory, and Pokemon you see in the battle frontier are not recorded in your pokedex.

Trade your charmeleon to a friend and trade it back, now he's on the pokedex of your friend and in your pokedex too.(i made it this way - and it worked).
