You should make that more clear and you can't catch all the Johto Pokemon in the Safari Zone.

If I got your question right, you're searching for a place to get ALL the Jhoto Pokemon in the Safari Zone, which isn't really possible. You must search BOTH the North and South regions of the new area to capture all the Jhoto Pokemon that are in the game, but most all are in the newly opened area(except Sudowoodo and Smeargle who're obtainable in the Battle Frontier)that's to the right of the old area, and opens after you beat the Elite 4. Hope this helps!
