You can catch remoraid by fishing (i did it with a good rod) in the new safari zone,in case you don't know how to get to it,go into the safari zone go up then turn right and keep going until you find a small waterfall (thats the landmark I use to figure out if I'm in the right place.hope I helped

Get it in leaf green , he's in the tanoby ruins as I know and trade it to emerald version.

In the water,use rods,in the water in the new area in the safari zone(only comes after you beat the pkmn league)

You can find it in the safari zone in one of the two areas that are unlocked after you beat the elite 4.

You catch Remoraid in the safari zone(near the far right). There is a special place where you can go to, but not until you beat the Elite Four. (you either surf or use the super rod to catch it)

Safari zone. Fish with a super rod. Make sure you beat the game. Go northeast.
