Where could I find the mystic and aurara ticket?

You have to go to something called a nintendo event in NY.Just get an AR and warp to the islands.The wailmer pail is found in the flower shop in rustburro.

First 2 I beleive are from AR or game shark,and the wailmer pail is right when you walk out of the peatalburg woods in the big house there,one of the ladies will give it to you.hope I helped

For the mystic auroura ticket you have to get it through a nintendo event, and same with the old sea chart. To get the wailmer pail go to the flower shop on route 104, then talk to all the girls, one of them will give you the pail.
