Well I wont pretend to be an expert,but some of the Pokemon I use in my teams are salamence armaldo manectric latios starmie houndoom crobat macargo -starter-,all max stats (i know took me a really long time to raise all of them,but when I brought them into the fronteir,they really helped).hope I helped
