Question for Pokemon Emerald
How do you get deoxsy I think you have to do this.
You go to the space center in mossdeep city talk to the man in the white he will say the rocket launched safely that's successful launch number (he will say a number) it goes up evey day if he say's do you want to go to space say yes. But it is on number 50 something he will say it two times but I don't no which one is DEOXSY number 1 or number 2 ?

Actually, you have to get the Aurora Ticket via Nintendo Event. The most recent Nintendo Event was the giving away of the Mystic Ticket in San Diego, CA at the 2005 Comic-Con. (Good thing I went!) I have no clue when and where the next Nindendo event is going to happen.
