A new section will be added to the Safari Zone after the League is defeated, but it will contain only Johto Pok�mon, Marill, and Goldeen. The only original-151 Pok�mon that doesn't appear in the Hoenn Pok�dex that occurs in the wild in Hoenn is Ditto, in the Desert Underpass from the Fossil Maniac's House.

No. Whoever told you that is close, though. There is an added section in the Safari Zone, but you can only get to it after you defeat the Elite Four. You need to go North a little bit, then when you see the first turn on your right, turn there and keep going straight. You'll come across an extra area where you can find Jhoto, not Kanto, Pokemon from levels 20-40. They are: Sunkern, Mareep, Gligar, Remoraid, Wooper, Shuckle, Pineco, Ledyba, Spinarak, Hoothoot, Miltank, Stantler, Teddiursa, Snubbull, Aipom, and Houndour. Those are all the Pokemon I caught. If there are any other Pokemon to catch, please post... Any other Jhoto/Kanto Pokemon you find, such as Gloom, Pikachu, Phanpy, Rhyhorn, Sandshrew, Girafarig, Wobbuffet, Natu, ect are all Pokemon you originally find in Hoenn. Hope I helped!

No there isn't a kanto section but there's a johto section that you unlock when you defeat the elite4.

Uh, not really. After you beat the Elite 4, a new area in the Safari Zone will open up, and it contains mostly Jhoto Pokemon(the ones from Silver, Gold, & Crystal), like Aipom, Houndour, Miltank, Teddiursa, Gligar, Octillery, Quagisire, Snubull, etc, etc. The area will be to the right (East) of the old area-where there were people blocking it before-and there's a north and south section that each contain unique Pokemon.

No there is not one. Only a Johto one. It's on the east side after beating the Elite 4 and getting the Pokedex upgrade.

Yes, but you must beat the Elite Four first. You will be able to obtain some rare and usually impossible to obtain Johto Pokemon.

If you beat the e4 then go to the safari zone in the east area. I'm not sure if it's kanto or johto Pokemon though.

Kind of. After you beat the Elite 4, there are two new sections opened up in the Safari Zone. There, you can catch wild Pokemon such as Snubble or Apiom.
