Question for Pokemon Emerald
Hey.. Its me again... I need help... Wheres the scanner...? I used surf and dive.. But I still can't find it.. And how do you get through those door where it says " Room 1 "..? Thanks again..

Work your way through those rooms and find the appropriate keys. The keys will be in the form of shiny objects that glitter on the floor when you walk in, along with some trash.

Go to the boat and find the room with the little puddle and use dive. Swim to the other side where all those rooms are and find the keys to unlock the doors.
P.S. Your not supposed to unlock the doors in order like 1, 2, 3 etc. It's the first key you find then go unlock that door and find the next key.

If you're in the abandoned ship, and dived into a room with 6 cabins, one of the cabins will be open. As you walk into the cabin, you will see a brief flash of light. Search where you saw it and you will find a key to another room. Search in that room and you will see another flash, etc. There are some rooms where there are more than one flashes. Only one is a key, the others are just trash. In the last room you unlock, You will find the scanner. Talk to the scientist in the top room. He will tell you that you should give it to Capt. Stern, who will in turn give youeither a Deepseatooth or a Deepseascale. If a clamperl is traded holding a Deepseascale, you will have a Gorebyss. If it holds a Deepseatooth, you will have a Huntail.
PS. You can only get one without cheating systems or a trade.
