Question for Pokemon Emerald
Sorry for asking so many questions......but......
I was wondering if someone could please tell me how to catch latios without using a masterball because he always seems to flee away. will someone please help me with this??

You need a high level Pokemon that knows mean look to prevent Latias/Latios from escaping or use a high level Wobbafet
You also need a lot of Ultra+timer balls
Just be careful because if you make him/her faint you will never get another shot at catching them

Get a fast Pokemon with spider web or mean look or any other Pokemon that has those kind of moves that stop fleeing. Or get a trapinch with arena trap. Then lower it's hp and the put it to sleep or poison it or paralyze etc. and use some ultra balls.

All you need is a Golbat with Mean Look (Or Crobat, preferrably). With Crobat's supernatural Speed, you shouldn't need to worry about hitting first. Once Latios can't escape, chuck Ultra Balls or Timer Balls to catch him. Don't forget to weaken him first!

Train a Wobofet to a good lv.(like 30-40) and it's Shadow Tag will stop from fleeing, until your Wobefet faints.

Well, what I did (I picked latias) is I caught a Wobbuffet (Safari Zone in the first patch of grass) because it has the Ability Shadow Tag. Go to the FIRST place where you spotted it, and go into the town or city (if anywhere nearby) and if it has a gym, open up your Pokedex, look at Latias/Latios's current area, and if it is anywhere near where you spotted them then go running. Bring around Timer Balls and lots of Ultra Balls and Max Potions. I got Latias third run-in with an Ultra ball.

Tocatch him have a high leveled ninetails, Dusclops, or Bannette that has wilowisp. Then, when you see him use it. The next time you see him try to lower him to 1 Hp. Then save the game. The next time use an Ultra Ball.

Go to route 111 and look for a Trapinch after you find one flee from the battle. Keep repeating this step until you find a Trapinch with Arena Trap(when you try and flee from the battle the screen should say"Trapinch's Arena Trap prevents you from fleeing") when you find a Trapinch with Arena Trap catch it and put it first in your party then go and find Latios and send out trapinch first and when Latios trys to flee it cannot because of Trapinch's arend trap then weaken it until you can only just see the red and if possible freese or paralize it then go mad throwing Ultra Balls at it.
