Can somebody please recommend a good team for defeating Pike Queen Lucy?

Electric and ground pokemon. Thats all you need.

Pike Queen Lucy was the first Frontier Brain I defeated, and it wasn't with Pokemon you can train to battling levels in a couple hours. Well, I guess Raichu could... But all of these were hand trained since the beginning of the game:
Metagross - Meteor Mash, Earthquake, Psychic, Agility
Raichu - Thunderbolt, Iron Tail, Light Screen, Agility
Crobat - Fly, Sludge Bomb, Confuse Ray, Steel Wing
(I traded the Beldum from Sapphire)
Metagross has an immunity AND a strength against Poison, Seviper's only type. End of story. Raichu should be able to fry Milotic with a couple Thunderbolts; but watch out for her Leftovers! And, last, but not least, Crobat has an immunity to Shuckle's main move, Toxic, and around three Steel Wings should faint him.

Well she has a Seviper,Milotic,and a shuckle.I would reccomend an electric,ground,and water.

I suggest you catch Groudon and Kyogre. Let Groudon learn earthquake (use it on seviper), Let Kyogre learn surf or hydo pump(use it on Shuckle), let Kyogre learn sheer cold (make sure you're the same level or higher and use the attack on milotic).

P.S. Give Kyogre x accuracy.

I suggest a metagross,a good thunder type and for her shuckle a Pokemon with taunt, because if you use taunt shuckle has no choice to use an attacking move (the funny thing though it has no moves that hit the opponent so it will struggle).
