Question for Pokemon Emerald
Right then. I have got a Feebas and maxed out it's beauty stat but it still won't evolve and that annoying chairman in Slateport won't give me the blue scarf or whatever it is.Anyone know why this has happened?

Did you get the Blue Scarf already? Is the Beauty level beyond the pentagonal diagram on it's Condition window? Did you raise it one more level?

I don't know why he didn't give you the blue scarf but if you didn't let it grow a level then try that and it will evolve.

If the Beauty stat was truly maxed out, you would be able to get that Blue Scarf, so I'm betting that you need to keep feeding it pokeblocks until it gets to that level. It can be kind of hard to tell if it's really maxed out. IF it won't eat anymore, then I would say that you might want to try again with another Feebas, and feed it better quality pokeblocks this time because they can only eat so many before it cannot eat anymore(look for the stars around it to be in a complete circle around the poke-that's maxed out as far as eating is concerned), and cannot raise it's stats anymore. The level should be high, and the feel rating low for the best quality pokeblocks.
