Question for Pokemon Emerald

I used a gameshark sp cheat to go to Birth Island, I got there and there was this weird triangle. Obviosly this is Deoxys, but if you click on the triangle in certain spots it moves. I got it to move 3 times and then it went back to the center. Could you tell me the right way to click it in certain spots so it will turn into Deoxys or if this is what you are supposed to do? Hope you answer soon!
