Question for Pokemon Emerald

How do you use Pokemon encounter codes from action replay?How do you get to Kyogre and Groudon to catch them?And how do you get Golem and Azurill?

1. Type them in and the walk aroung in some grass
2. once you beat the Elite 4 go to the weather institute they will tell you where they are (when it's sunny look for a cave opening when it's raining you have to dive) Or just use an AR Code in the AR section
3. You have to trade a Graveler and Azuril evolves at a certain level or just use an AR code

1) There aren't any Pokemon encounter codes for Emerald yet. It'll be pretty self-explanitory when they get here.
2) When you've dealt with the Sootopolis feud and have become the Champ, talk to the scientist in the Weather Institute. He will inform you of a flood or drought in two of eight areas across Hoenn indicating the resting place of Kyogre & Groudon.
3) Get Golem by trading a Graveler, and an Azurill by breeding a female Marill or Azumarill with a similar MALE Pokemon (ditto works too; get him in the Desert Underpass). Be sure that the female is holding a Sea Incense (Mt. Pyre) or you will just get a baby Marill.
