I have 3 questions

1. Where do you catch snowrunt
2. Is there a clone cheat that actually works if so tell me
3. What happens when you get all the symbols in battle frontier

1 you get snorunt in shoal cave
2 there isn't unless you have the old Pokemon games it only works on those
3 nothing except you get two rare berries from scott

1 it's in the shoal cave on the bf2 at low tide
Low tide is at 3am-9pm or at 3am to 9am

I can answer your first question.To catch snorunt you must go to shoal cave at low tide.Be sure to bring a Pokemon with strength.Find the icy area in shoal cave.
He's VERY rare so be patient.Snorunt evolves into glalie at lv.42.

1.You catch Snorunt at the cave above Mossdeep City, It has to be a certain time of day for the tides to allow you to get to the bottom floor, the floor is covered in ice, thats where Snorunt is.
2.No.
3.When you get all silver Symbols on the Battle Frontier you get one of the Red/Blue starters, and gold you get one of the silver/gold starters, I believe. I may have gotten them mixed up, but thats it.

You can get snowrunt in the shoal cave bottom floor when the tide is out

I can answer #2. It's not really cloning, but you can breed females and sometimes males with a ditto at the Day Cares that can care for 2 Pokemon.

To answer #1, in Ruby and Sapphire you had to wait until your clock says 6:00 pm and after that you can find snorunt in the icy part, but maybe you don't have to wait until that time of day in Emerald.

1. Deep inside the cave(Shoal Cave) above Mossdeep city (go there when your internal clock says 06:00 PM
2. Yes there is a way to glitch to clone pokemons. Via Battle tower (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZRzzGBdV7bQ)
3. You get some decorations and some berries
