Question for Pokemon Emerald

Hi how do I get the Mystry Ticket e.c.t. Without an action replay or a gameshare or going to japan and if I was to get an action replay where are they cause I live in ausralia melton

*btw* Me & my freind (whoms not registered for super cheats) both have mistery gift by doing LINK TOGETER WITH ALL)
*btw*The games are Emerald & Fire Red

Please answer oh and 1 last thing y do we have to have ultra long passwords????
