And for those who do not know it, wild Pikachu sometimes holds an item called Light Ball which doubles the SP Atk of a it... Which can also be used for breeding and making a Pichu with Volt Tackle move.

At the safari zone just go straight across till you hit something and it says safari zone again and thats the spot

You can only catch Piikachu in the safari zone. He's by the far west area.

You catch Pikachu in the Safari Zone, he's in the grass right by the entrance, it may take you a while to see him.

u go to the saffari zone and crawl around in the crass on the left after walking in the entrence

When you enter the safari zone keep going west(left of your screen) or follow the trees just below from where you entered and near a puddle find you pikachu

You can also catch pikachu at level 5-8 in viridian forest .. I catch a pikachu in there.. Promise trust me :D my pikachu now is level 43, don`t want it to evolve to raichu so I always cancel it..

You enter then go far left until the top of your screen says safari zone, you look near the patch of grass by the puddle

Cannot use anything but Safari Balls, and why would you need several Master Balls they don't miss. There needs to be an age limit on who can post.

(me)HACKER! Pikachu evolves via thunderstone, so if you have to cancel it because it's leval is to high, you must be a hacker. Case closed.

or....he is trolling, viridian forest is kanto, i caught on at that point, but on a side note it is a rare bug as well, i highly doubt the person knew that tho

Unfortunately the only place is the safari zone and even then you only have a 5% chance of actually finding one and the with the fact that it's in the safari zone means that you will have a decreased chance of actually catching it. It's a lot easier just to trade from fire red or leaf green. But if you are trying to get the light ball from a pikachu your chances are even lower because the light ball only has a 5% chance on being on one of those pikachus that you have a 5% chance of finding in the first place.

You can find Pikachu in Safari Zone it is also alot easier to have pokemon with static becz it attracts them. But it has to be in the front of your team.

In my game it says that my internal battery has run dry, and that i can still play the game but clock-based events will no longer occur... I was just wondering if you could only catch Pikachu at certain times throughout the day as I can't find Seedot or Nuzleaf either. Please help?
