2. I think you get one by getting all 202 Hoenn Pokemon in your Pokedex, only one though.

Here is your solution!!
For your first question answer you must trade from Firered/Leafgreen.
The answer to your other is do the same, trade from either game.

Hi!
1. You can only get Moltress, Zapdos and Articuno in Leaf Green and Fire Red versions, not in Emerald.
2. Same as the answer above.
