Can someone please tell me where I can get relicanth? and I need to know exactly where he is. Thanks.

You find relicanth underwater around sootopolis and lilycove and mossedeep city. I should know. I caught one. He's on lv.88. You can catch him on lv.30. Good luck!

Hi!
You can get relicanth under the water in the seaweed in route 126 and also the seaweed right outside of Sootopolis's underwater entrance. It might take a while to find one though because they are quite rare, and it took me ages before I finally found one.

Go to Sootoplis City. Go to diving spot, go underwater, and just swim around for about a half an hour and MAYBE you will catch one. It takes patience.
